Event Production Manager

On Event Production Co. are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Manager (PM) to join the team and take the responsibility of managing a number of live, virtual and hybrid events within a busy events schedule. Applicants need to be passionate about delivering high tech event experiences with a broad knowledge of sound, lighting, video and virtual solutions coupled with a desire to deliver event production to the highest standards.

You must possess excellent customer service skills as this role involves working alongside our valued clients. You will have a flexible and efficient approach to work as well as being able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison and account management
  • Advising on technical solutions for live, virtual and hybrid events.
  • Event technical specification and design (including CAD)
  • Budget Management.
  • Logistics.
  • Health & Safety.
  • Onsite management.
  • Client and Internal Feedback.

Job requirements

We are looking for people with:

  • Previous experience in production management.
  • A passion for delivering great events and delighting clients
  • Experience in team management.
  • Good overall knowledge of sound, lighting, video, stage systems and design.
  • Preferable experience of virtual and hybrid events
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Competent user of IT systems including Microsoft Office and 2D CAD.
  • Experience of working with people of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
